Between the two pairs of shorts, the longer length and wider cut of the Birddogs were just not perfect for my body type. The shorts, despite being my size, felt a little bit baggy on my legs. Contrarily, the slightly shorter and better-fitting Chubbies shorts were the most comfortable pair of shorts I’ve ever worn. I thought the Chubbies shorts looked much better on me than the Birddogs, though obviously, this is much more dependent on your own body type and preferences.

Chubbies feel slightly thinner and more stretchy to the touch. While both have a noticeable degree of flexibility and breathability, birddogs are slightly more durable. The biggest difference in feel comes from the interior liners.

Despite the fact that both are fairly comfortable, the Chubbies interior liner felt extremely constricting on my legs while the Birddogs shorts were still snug but less so. The Chubbies liner does have a festive and floral design on it, which does add a fun touch to it, despite the fact that the Birddogs liner felt better on my legs.
