Guest Post Guidelines
- Direct personal experience of the subject matter is required. We do not commission research-based content about places or topics the writer hasn’t personally experienced.
- Original, specific, well-researched content. Word count: 1200-1500 words.
- Relevant, high-quality images with proper attribution or royalty-free licensing
- We do not accept content written primarily for SEO link-building, content that promotes a specific business or destination in exchange for payment or links, or paid placements of any kind
Topics We Accept
Travel only: destinations and experiences, trip planning, accommodation, getting there, travel safety and health, and travel gear. We do not accept guest content on non-travel subjects.
How to Submit Your Guest Post
Send your pitch or completed article to contact@advice4travel.com, including a brief bio describing your relevant first-hand experience, your website or blog URL, and any relevant social links.
We review all submissions manually and respond within 7-10 business days. We reserve the right to edit content to align with our editorial standards, and to decline pieces that don’t meet the direct-experience requirement above.
